Received product the very next day of ordering .. (Bangalore)
Installation was absolutely free and hassle free.. Called Eureka forbes call center and installation was done with in 2 days.. FK too logs a call with EF in case you dont.
Service engg came very next day of getting the product.. did the installation and demo.
One need to waste away couple of initial fills .. as the water might feel bit sour in taste.. but after that.. It tastes like mineral water..
Overall highly satisfied with FK and EF .. got in a good discounted price and bank offer too ;)

purifier is good but there is no free instalation.
aanyway installation guy charged me 350 rupees which is OK.
I will update my review after using this.

after one month it stopped working. raised a request to service center 3 days before but no one turned up yet.
Faulty product delivered. FK and Eureka Fobes service sucks

The Eureca Fobes tech came and installed the machine after 3 days of calling. Since the installation was not proper the complete water was leaking out from the machine. I informed this to the technician over call, but he said that he won't be able to help me. So I had start the process of complain, Ticket number and follow ups with Eureca Fobes helpline number. 2nd time another technician came who didn't have idea to fix this issue. He got on call with some one who was, i suppose, instruction him. Now the water leakage stopped, but the filter just operated once we started for the 1st time. I guess its the issue of the sensor or something like that, but it was not working. So for the 3rd time i called the care center and they gave me the ticket number on 9th May. Since then I have been following up with them for the visit of the technician till today.
Even flipkart didn't accept the return request, in turn raiser a service request, which was also not attended to, as I didn't got any call till date.
So I have a new Filter that I can't use or exchange. Well done Flipkart and Eureka Fobes. Hats off.

As usual Flipkart has delivered this in 2 days only. And within 2 days installation was done by Auaguard company. I am so happy with this service.
Regarding this product:
1. Water Taste is amazing.
2. Installation was free.
3. Service man taken 2150/- extra as given extra purifier due to heavy Iron in water as per his testing.
4. Purchased this product with a good discount in the offer period.
Overally all are well and good and I suggest to buy this product.
